The Cherkasy State Academic Choir, founded in 1957 as part of the Cherkasy Philharmonic in one of central Ukraine’s largest cities, has toured throughout Europe and Asia, and is proud to present a special concert of Ukrainian folk music by its 30+ members in our region.

a GREAT show - thank you for presenting them! i like that they sang in the traditional village style voice and not in a classical voice. that made the concert so much more authentic, and a great way to expose an audience to that powerful style of singing.
